A dashboard, UI kit & responsive design system
I joined Hellohero because I have an interest in cognitive therapy, cbt therapy, dbt therapy. The idea of working with therapists and like minded individuals really interest me. Hellohero provides online counseling and therapy services two platforms, school and community. I lead the user experience and interface design, creating UI kits, school and community dashboards that lead to portals for teams like administration, organization. I also designed the client and therapist facing dashboard and states. I designed the user interface in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator to create cross platform look. I also designed out the user experience and flows. Working in two week sprints, I that also provided assets for the developers while consulting and communicating with the team. This design is a fully responsive design system — it was a good opportunity to meet customer and business facing users.

Design Process
I conducted research on what problems each user I was designing for is facing, while also understanding what the brand is and seeing how they align. I met weekly with organization and administration teams and focus groups for usability testing. I chatted with users to understand stages, steps, emotions, opportunities finding edge cases. From that, I started to map out user flows and site maps. I designed low-fi and high-fi wireframes that became prototypes. After launch, I participated in daily checkins receiving key feedback, iterating and adjust for user and business needs. After the projects or sprints were complete, I analyze where the process, struggle, how users are responding and did we solve their issues and pain points.
